first_imgThe inaugural Friendly Award for cruise lines, announced at the Customer Service Institute of Australia 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards gala presentation held in Melbourne, has gone to the Carnival Cruise Line team. The Awards have been recognising and rewarding Australia’s most customer service-driven organisations and individuals since 2001, and this year the Institute expanded the program to include The Friendly Awards – a category that recognises Australia’s friendliest companies across 15 key industries.The Friendly Awards are based solely on consumers’ experience with Australia’s leading brands.
